摘要
本文通过描述同相放大器等效输入噪声电压谱密度 E2ni,导出了一种双极型运放 En- In 噪声矩阵参数的提取方法。并通过分析复相关系数的相对误差确定了提取准则。与现有方法相比 ,本文方法不仅可以完整地描述运放的噪声特性 ,而且还有利于不同运放电路 (如宽带前置放大器、有源滤波器等 )的精确低噪声设计。最后 ,还充分验证了本文方法的可行性和正确性。
In this paper, an approach to extract the E\-n-I\-n Noise matrix parameters of bipolar operational amplifier(op-am) is developed by describing the spectral density of equivalent input noise voltage of in-phase amplifier. And the principle of extraction is defined by analyzing the relative error of the complex correlation factor. In comparison with the current metnod, in our method, not only the complete noise characteristics of op-am, could be described but also the precision low-noise design of different op-am circuits, could be completed such as wide-band preamplifier, active filter. The feasibility and accuracy of method here are demonstrated by the experiments.
