心力衰竭患者N末端脑钠肽前体与肾功能指标的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过分析心力衰竭患者N末端脑钠肽前体(NT—proBNP)与。肾功能指标的相关性,探讨肾功能对心力衰竭患者NT—proBNP的影响。方法回顾性分析365例心力衰竭患者的NT—proBNP水平与主要肾功能指标(如尿素、肌酐和胱抑素C)的相关性,评价肾功能对其的影响。结果NT—proBNP与尿素的相关系数为0.48(P〈0.001);NT—proBNP与肌酐的相关系数为0.45(P〈0.001);NT—proBNP与胱抑素C的相关系数为0.49(P〈0.001)。结论NT—proBNP与肾功能各项指标有较好的相关性。随着‘肾功能的变化,心力衰竭患者心功能有相应的变化,肾功能的改变对心力衰竭患者的NT—proBNP水平有重要影响。
