摘要 子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)对生育能力的影响原因是多种的,机制是叠加的,本文着重探讨中重度EMs对不孕的影响及应采取何种合理的治疗方法,近年来手术、辅助生殖技术在EMs患者的治疗中占主导地位,笔者就国内外目前对EMs选择的治疗时机及适应证,治疗方案的综合选择作一综述。
