摘要
基于氮氧化物的危害及国家的环保政策,华能福州电厂实施了选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝改造工程。阐述了该改造工程的设计、施工难点及特点(包括工程钢结构、SCR脱硝装置本体、还原剂储存和制备系统、氨/烟气喷射与混合系统等);分析了改造工程所涉及的设备改造问题;针对该工程设计和施工方面的不足之处,提出了建议。该工程的成功实施经验可供已建火电厂脱硝改造工作借鉴。
Based on the harm of NOx and the national environmental protection policy, the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) de-NOx reconstruction project was implemented in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant. This paper introduced the difficulties and characteristics of the project' s design and construction, such as the engineering steel structure, the SCR denitration device, the storage and preparation system for reducing agent, the injection and mixing system of ammonia/gas, and so on. Moreover, the design and construction problems were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward, which could provide an important reference for other de-NO, reconstruction oroiect in coal-fired nower plants.
