Construction Method of Inner Pad Anticorrosion for Wet-method Single-tube Desulfurization Chimney in Guangxi Heshan Power Plant

在目前脱硫湿烟囱防腐问题受到环保部门和发电企业高度关注的背景下,论述了广西合山电厂烟囱内衬防腐工程的施工方案及施工缝、筒壁对拉螺栓孔、预埋钢筋头根部、新旧浇注料连接施工缝、浇注料表面等关键部位的施工方法。这些着眼于细节的实用、可靠的施工方法可供类似工程参考。

Currently, the environmental protection department and power generation companies pay more and more attentions to the anticorrosion problems on wet-method desulfurization chimney. Under this background, this paper discussed the construction scheme of chimney inner pad anticorrosion project for Guangxi Heshan Power Plant, as well as the construction methods for the key positions, such as the construction joints, the tube wall split bolt holes, the embedded reinforced head roots, the construction connection joints with new-old pouring material, the pouring material surface and so on. These practical and reliable construction methods that focus on details can be the reference for the similar projects.
