摘要
研制了对氧氟沙星有可逆响应的荧光敏感膜,将合成的亲酯性荧光试剂(环己基氨基,环己基亚氨基)芘丁酸甲酯,固定于醋酸纤维素中作为分析物识别器,测定氧氟沙星浓度.方法的回收率为96.0%~106.7%.日内、日间RSD为1.0%~2.1%,在2.0~50.0μg/ml浓度范围内至线性,相关系数0.9995,最低检出限为0.046μg/ml.
A new ofloxacin sernsing membrane based on fluorescence quenching is reported.The sensitive optrode was combined with a membrane onto which was immobilized fluoroprobe- (cyclohexylamino, cyclohexylimide)-methyl 1-pyrenebutyrate. It can montor the concentration of ofloxacin. The recovery of the method was 96. 0 % ~ 106. 7 %. The relative standard deviations for within-day and between-day were 1. 0%~ 2. 1 %. The calibration curve was lincar in the range from 2.0μg/ml with γ=0.999 5. The detection limit of this method was 0. 046 μg/ml.
