摘要
本文采用自开发的有限元仿真软件包分析12电极电容层析成像系统,实现了极板间电容值计算、灵敏场确定等功能,证实了径向电极具有使传感器敏感场分布趋向均匀的作用;同时采用所获得的灵敏场分布重建了管截面图像,所得结果和实际图像基本一致,从而证明仿真结果的正确性.
Finite element simulation software has been developed and used to analyze 12 electrode capacitance tomography system. It is uscd to calculate capacitanccs and to define sensitivity distributions between elcctrodes. It has been justified that projection guard electrodes can enhancc thc uniformity of the distribution of the sensor sensitivity field. The acquired Sensitivity distribution is used to reconstruct cross-sectional images, which are in accord with corresponding true images. The simulation is successful.
