摘要
本文分析了半导体(GaAs)吸收式光纤温度传感器现状,针对目前这一领域内存在的测温精度低,长期工作稳定性差等问题,提出了一种新颖的完全对称的系统结构形式,给出了系统的数学模型,进行了实验测试并绘制了数据曲线.
This paper analyzes the present situation of optic fiber temperature sensor based on optic absorption of semiconductor GaAs chip, consider of the problem of low accuracy and low stability in this field, we give a novel symmetrical system structure and its mathematical mode.In addition, we make a experiment and give the system output figure.
