摘要
新品雷达研制过程也是新工艺、新技术、新材料不断取得进展 ,工艺技术水平不断提高的过程。为了加快新产品研制进程、为部队提供技术先进、质量可靠的军事装备 ,我们必须在工程设计、工艺方案、生产过程中高度重视工艺可行性 ;同时 ,我们必须抓好新品工艺技术管理 ,发挥工艺人员的创造性 ,组织好各项新工艺试验。
The process of researching new kind of radar is the process of advance of new technology,new technique and new materials. In order to speed up the developing process at radar design and provide army warlike preparations having advanced technology and high reliability. We must pay more attention to technological practicability during engineering design, technology plan and working process. At the same time, we must pay more attention to technical management, technology engineer′s creativity and technical tests.
