摘要
目的:检测乳癌组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达。方法:收集人乳腺浸润性导管癌标本40例、癌周不典型增生组织40例及癌周正常乳腺组织40例,采用Westernblot法检测3种组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达情况。结果:3种组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义(FBCSG1=105.032,FETS-1=81.343,FMMP-2=112.570,P均<0.001),且乳癌组织中以上3种蛋白的表达均高于癌周不典型增生组织及癌周正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的乳癌组织中3者的表达均高于无淋巴结转移的乳癌组织(P<0.05)。乳癌组织中BCSG1的表达与ETS-1及MMP-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.664、0.810,P<0.05)。结论:BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1与乳癌的浸润转移密切相关。
Aim:To detect the expressions of breast cancer specific gene 1(BCSG1), matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and E26 transformation specific-1(ETS-1) in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue.Methods:Forty cases of human breast invasive ductal carcinoma specimens, 40 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to breast cancer,and 40 cases of normal breast tissue were collected, and the expressions of BCSG1,MMP-2 and ETS-1 proteins were detected by Western blot.Results:The expressions of BCSG1, ETS-1 and MMP-2 protein among 3 kinds of tissue had significant difference(FBCSG1=105.032,FETS-1=81.343,FMMP-2=112.570,P0.001), and those in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue were higher than those in atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal breast tissue. The expressions of BCSG1, ETS-1 and MMP-2 protein was related with lymph node metastasis in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue(P0.05).The expression of BCSG1 was positively correlated with those of ETS-1 and MMP-2(r=0.664,0.810,P0.05).Conclusion:BCSG1,MMP-2,and ETS-1 are closely related with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
