牙种植修复中下颌磨牙区骨皮质厚度的显微电子计算机断层摄影测量

摘要 牙种植技术已较广泛地应用于临床,其并发症如下牙槽神经损伤、骨壁侧穿等也越来越多显现,对下颌骨相关解剖结构特点认识不足和植入位置不准确是造成这些并发症的重要因素。牙种植体植入部位的骨厚度、皮质骨的质量、骨密度条件是提高牙种植术成功率的关键[1-5],因此种植术前掌握种植部位的骨皮质信息有指导意义。Sjdén等[6]应用显微电子计算机断层摄影(micro computerized tomogrphy,MicroCT)分析骨体积、骨小梁分离度、
