本文主要介绍了液体透流式现场可更换模块 L RM的研制背景、过程、实验方法及冷却性能分析 ;为高功率密度电子设备的热设计提供有效的指导方向 。
This paper describes the development background, process, experimental method and cooling capability of LRM of indirect liquid cooling which gives efficient direction of heat design of high power density electronic equipment and provides reliable engineering index for heat design from now on.
