摘要
在广州市地铁6号线某建筑桩基托换工程中,采用钻孔灌注桩+托换梁的方法对桩基进行托换。介绍了桩基托换技术的施工工艺和注意事项,重点介绍了托换工程中的施工监测,对监测结果进行了分析,并对托换梁的差异沉降进行了计算。监测结果证明了该技术的可行性与合理性。
Bored piles and underpinning beam have been adopted for the pile underpinning of a building during the construction of Guangzhou Subway Line 6. This paper introduces the construction technique and key points worthy of attention. Construction monitoring during the pile underpinning process was highlighted. The monitoring results were analyzed and the differential settlement of the underpinning beam was calculated. Monitoring results show that this technology is reasonable and applicable.
