摘要
针对盾构施工中刀具、刀盘耐磨板、液压油管等部件的磨损现象和磨损程度进行分析,通过合理论证制定回收再利用的实施方案,进行经济对比分析后,对其进行有效地修复、提取和回收。通过借助各种先进的现代加工工艺、设备以及改进措施等手段制造出新产品或恢复其功能,使其满足使用功能,从而可以达到节约成本、减少浪费的目的。
According to the analysis on wearing phenomenon of cutters, resistant plates and hydraulic tubes in shield construction, recycling schemes were made after proper study. These compoents were effectively reparied, extracted or recycled on the basis of economic contrast analysis. By means of advanced facilities and manufacturing technologies, these components can be repaired to restore their functions or recycled for the manufacturing of new products, thus to save cost and reduce waste.
