According to the field engineering geological survey and the indoor experiments and microanalysis,the paper indicates the material components and microstructure features of the loess in Xingyang,and sums up the physical and mechanical features of the loess,so it is meaningful for evaluating and solving the environmental and engineering problems in the Loess Region in the west of Henan.
