On consideration for renewable resources in low-carbon planning

摘要 对可再生能源的特点进行了分析,以杭州萧山钱江世纪城规划为例,探讨城市规划中引入可再生能源的构想,阐述了低碳城市规划中可再生能源的利用布局,同时提出了可再生能源面临的一些负面影响,供规划工作者借鉴参考。 The paper analyzes the features of the renewable resources,explores the renewable resources in the urban planning by taking the planning for Qianjiang Century CBD of Xiaoshan in Hangzhou as the example,illustrates the utility allocation for the renewable resources in the low-carbon urban planning,and points out some negative influence on the renewable resources,so as to provide some reference for the planning staff.
