Combining with the features of the manual hole digging pile,the paper explores the quality management during its construction process,and illustrates the quality control measures for some key steps,including the wall protection,the shaft crib,the pile excavation,the reinforcement cage,and the concrete grouting of the piles,so as to be positive significance for enhancing the application in construction of the manual hole digging pile.
