摘要
针对电力建设施工企业的项目成本控制进行了探讨,分别阐述了招投标阶段,施工过程中,竣工结算阶段的成本控制要点及具体措施,以期通过合理使用人工、材料、机械和科学管理,实现企业利润最大化。
The paper explores the program cost control of the construction enterprises of the power construction,illustrates the cost control points and factual measures at the bidding stage,during the construction process and at the complete stage,so as to realize the maximum of enterprise interests by the reasonable utility of the labor,the materials,the mechanism and the scientific management.
