Enhancing rainfall warning system and ensuring the security in flood season

针对汛期威胁铁路运输安全的水害隐患,结合多年实践经验,提出应健全降雨量警戒制度、强化雨后设备排查,并从制度的建立、形成、完善及落实等方面展开论述,对铁路运输管理部门具有参考作用。

In light of water disasters damaging railway transportation security in flood season,combining with many years’ working experience,the paper forwards some suggestions,such as enhancing rainfall warning system and strengthening equipment check after the rain,and makes a discussion from aspects of system establishment,formulation,improvement and implementation,which has certain referring role for railway transportation management department.
