西部地区农业现代化进程研究

Study on the Process of Agricultural Modernization in the Western Region

西部地区气候条件相对较差,贫困人口较多,经济基础较差,农业经济发展水平在全国处于相对落后位置,但是,近年来农业发展较快,对西部地区农业发展水平进行定量评价,分析其中存在的关键问题,对于推进西部地区农业现代化具有十分重要的意义。本文选定了地区农业现代化综合评价体系的若干构成指标和相应的标志值,运用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,采用2000、2005、2009年数据测算出各地区农业现代化水平(综合指数),在此基础上对比分析了西部地区农业现代化的进度特征、速度特征和动力特征。

Western region weather conditions are relatively poor, poor people are more economic base, and agriculture at the national level of economic development in the backward position, however, in recent years, rapid development, quantitative evaluation on the level of agricultural development in the Western region, analysis of key issues there, pushing forward agricultural modernization in the Western region is of great significance. This comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural modernization in selected areas that make up the index and the corresponding flag value, weight of the analytic method for determining various indicators, 2000, 2005 and 2009 data estimate agricultural modernization level in various areas （the composite index）, on the basis of comparative analysis of the progress of agricultural modernization in the Western region features, speed, and power characteristics.
