工会在维护农民工劳动权益中的问题思考——基于西安地区实证调研数据的分析

Thinking about the Problems Met by Labor Union in the Protection of the Migrant Worker's Rights and Interests——Based on the Analysis to the Empirical Study Data in Xi'an

工会是工人阶级的群众性组织,应当维护包括农民工在内劳动者的权益。然而,实践中农民工劳动权益屡遭受侵犯,工会在农民工劳动权益维护中的作用不够明显。本文基于对西安地区农民工实证调研数据的分析,揭示了工会维护农民工劳动权益困局的原因,并据此提出简化工会入会手续、变革工会组建模式和完善工会维权制度保障等措施,探索新时期工会维护农民工劳动权益工作展开的路径。

Labor Union is an organization of a mass character established by the working-class. It should protect the workers＇ including the migrant workers＇ interests and rights. However, in fact, the migrant worker＇s rights are consistently violated. And the function of the labor union is not clear in protecting the migrant worker＇s rights and interests. This article points out the reasons that lead to the predicament for the labor union in protecting the migrant worker＇s rights and interests based on the analysis to the empirical study data in Xi＇An. In accordance with these reasons, this article also presents several measures including to simplify the procedure to join the labor union, to reform the organizing mode of the labor union and improve the system governed by the labor union to protect the rights and interests in order to research the methods to protect the migrant worker＇s rights and interests in the new era.
