摘要
当今社会,人才的本质属性理论、人才的特征理论、人才等级理论、人才资源理论、人本管理理论都发生了重大变化,最突出的变化是评价一个人是不是人才,要看他能否"创新",这是建设"创新型国家"的内容要求,也是培养、应用和评价人才的重要标准。
In today＇s society, nature attribute of talent theory, characteristics of talent theory, grade of talent theory, human resources theory and people management theory have changed. The most prominent change is that evaluating one person to be a talent depends on his ＂innovation＂. It＇s the requirement of constructing innovation-oriented country, and it＇s also the important standard of training, applying and evaluating talent.
