摘要
从价值工程的起源出发,介绍价值工程的基本内容;以上海机场工程建设项目为例,对价值工程在设备选型、设备材料采购、施工招标及施工方案优化等方面的成功实践进行阐述,进而论证在工程建设项目交易与实施阶段合理运用价值工程,不仅能有效降低工程总投资,而且能取得较高的综合效益。
Starting from the origin of value engineering, this paper introduces its contents, takes engineering construe- tion projects of the Shanghai Airport fur example, and discusses the application of value engineering analysis in equip- ment selection, equipment and materials procurement, construction bidding and construction program optimization. Fur- thennore, explains the rational use of value engineering not only could effectively reduce the total project investment, but achieve a higher effectiveness in the transaction and implementation stages of engineering construction projects.
