摘要
以高效潜水搅拌器为研究对象,对搅拌器效率的提高途径进行分析,利用当前高效异步启动永磁同步电机,通过试验验证和工程实例,表明异步启动永磁同步电机搅拌器具有高效和节能的优点,解决了潜水搅拌器在污水处理过程中效率偏低的问题。
To study the high efficient submersible mixer,this paper analyzed the way to improve mixer efficiency.Using current high efficient line started permanent magnet motor,through experiments and practical engineering projects,this paper proved the advantages of high efficiency and energy-saving porperty of the line started permanent magnet motor mixer,which solved the relatively low efficiency of submersible mixer in wastewater treatment.
