摘要
武汉福利大厦为双塔弱连接连体结构,存在结构楼板不连续、竖向不规则、平面不规则及复杂连接等多项超限,属于超限高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,并针对工程的超限情况,采取了基于性能的抗震设计和比现行规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。采用多种软件对结构进行多模型、线性及非线性分析。结果表明,采取加强措施后,结构满足抗震设防目标,确保了这一重要工程的抗震安全,结构方案可行。
Wuhan Welfare Building has twin towers connected weakly.It is a complex high-rise building with many unfavorable factors beyond code limits,including floor discontinuity,irregular plane,vertical irregularity,and complex connection.The project characteristics and structural design were introduced.In view of the conditions beyond code limits,performance-based seismic design method and stricter aseismic measures than codes were adopted.The structure had been analyzed through multi-model,linear and nonlinear analysis methods by software.The results show that the structure can meet the seismic code requirements of China by adopting strengthening measures.The structural is safe and the structural scheme is feasible.
