软土地区重型锻压机深基础基坑支护设计优化

Design optimization of supporting for the deep foundation of a heavy forging press in soft soil area

摘要 针对3 000t模锻液压机设备基础的沉井施工方案,依据基础围护空间的形状特点,提出了上下分段支护的优化技术方案,并对原基础形式进行了改进。采用弹性地基梁法对排桩支护结构进行了内力和变形计算,计算结果与实际监测结果相符,按优化后方案施工取得了明显的经济效益。 According to the open caisson construction scheme of a 3 000t forging hydraulic press,the optimization technology solution of upper and lower segmentation supporting was put forward and original foundation layout was improved considering the shape feature of foundation-bracing space.The internal force and deformation of row pile supporting structure were calculated with the elastic foundation beam method,and the results agree with actual monitoring results.Apparent economic benefits are obtained after the construction according to the optimized design.
