祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸治疗偏头痛临床研究

Qufeng Blood Circulation to Resolve the Soup Together Heart-Protecting Musk pill in Treatment of Migraine in Clinical Research Pipe the Japanese

目的:探讨祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将64例偏头痛患者按随机方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例,对照组32例,治疗组采用祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,2次/d,奈普生0.2,3次/d,两组均15天为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察疗效,结果:治疗后治疗组的痊愈率及总有效率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸治疗偏头痛疗效显著,不良反应少,可在临床广泛应用。

Objective：To investigate the Qufeng blood circulation to resolve the clinical efficacy of the decoction and heart-pro- tecting musk pill in treatment of migraine. Methods：64 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group of 32 cases,32 cases of control group, the treatment group to Qufeng blood circulation to resolve the de- coction and heart-protecting musk pill. The control group flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 10mg 2 / day, naproxen 0.2,3/day in both groups 15 days for a course. After a course of treatment efficacy ,Results：the treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group and the total effective rate than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusion ： Qufeng blood circulation to resolve the decoction and heart-protecting musk migraine pill treatment effect is significant, adverse reactions in clin- ical widely used.
