高血压前期的中医辨证分型及与体重指数、脂代谢的相关性

Distribution of TCM Syndrome Types of Prehypertension and Their Relationship with BMI and Lipid Metabolism

目的:探讨高血压前期人群的中医证型分布情况及其与体指及脂代谢的关系。方法:以2010年1～4月来我院的健康体检者的资料做分析,对符合诊断标准的544例研究对象进行辨证分型,了解各个证型人群的分布情况,比较4型的体重指数、血脂等与中医证型的关系。结果:各证型按所占比例排列为:肝火亢盛型>阴虚阳亢型>痰浊壅盛型>阴阳两虚型;体重方面:肝火亢盛、痰浊壅盛型的体重指数(BMI)明显高于阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚型。脂代谢方面:阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚型的血清甘油三酯(TG)明显低于肝火亢盛、痰浊壅盛型,四型的血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)无显著差异。结论:在高血压前期人群中已出现肝肾阴虚表现,已有体重指数的增高和脂代谢的异常变化,应重视这部分人群的血压水平,及时进行中医药干预,有效预防高血压的发生。

Objective ：To investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types of prehypertension and their relationship with BMI and lipid metabolism. Methods ： In 2010 ,January to April, hospital health examination of those data was used for analysis. 544 sub- jects met the diagnostic criteria were made Chinese medical syndromes differentiation, understanding the different syndromes of population distribution, comparing four types of BMl,lipid metabolism and the relationship between syndromes. Results：TCM syn- drome frequency was as following （ from high to low ） ： overwhelming liver fire （OLF） 〉 Yin deficiency and overwhelming Yang （YDOY） 〉 accumulation of sputum wetness （ASW） 〉 deficiency of Yin and Yang （DYY）. Weight：the BMI values of OLF and ASW type were significantly higher than that of the YDOY and DYY type. Lipid metabolism ： the TG levels of the YDOY and DYY type were significantly lower than that of the OLF and ASW type, TC, HDL-C and LDL levels of four types had no significant difference. Conclusion：During prehypertensive period, patients have suffered liver and kidney Yin deficiency , has increased BMI and abnormal lipid metabolism changes. We should pay attention to blood pressure levels of this part of the population, thus medi- cal interventions should be made in a timely manner, effectively preventing the occurrence of hypertension.
