Research on Transforming Growth Factor-β1 Level in Blood Serum of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Patients with Yin Deficiency and Blood Heat Syndrome

比较阴虚血热证的特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者与其他证型患者间的血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-βl)水平有显著差异,为进一步寻找阴虚血热证ITP的治疗靶点提供物质基础。

This study compared the Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） in patients with other syndromes ,indicating serum transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF -β1）levels were significantly different from other syndromes and providing the material basis for therapeutic targets for the further search for Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome of ITP.
