摘要
2-脱氧糖糖苷是指糖苷中糖基单元的2位羟基被氢原子取代的糖苷,广泛存在于天然产物中并具有多样的生物活性.综述了近年来2-脱氧糖苷在化学合成方法方面的进展,包括直接醚化法、直接糖苷化法、临时保护基法及非糖物质合成法等.
2-Deoxy-glycosides are monosaccharides in which the hydroxyl group at C-2 is replaced with a hydrogen atom. They exist widely in natural products and show various bioactivity. The recent advances in organic synthesis of 2-deoxy-glycosides are summarized mainly focusing on direct etherification, direct glycosidic bond formation, temporary pro- tecting groups, synthesis from non-sugar and so on.
