This paper analyzes the present situation of current Chinese books purchasing work and the changes of books purchasing environment, and puts forward some improvement measures such as broadening the purchasing channels, establishing experts＇ books choosing mechanism, doing a good job for readers＇ needs analysis, and improving purchasing personnel＇ s quality, etc.
