中职学校图书馆的馆藏数量和服务质量被作为衡量办学水平及办学条件的重要指标。中职院校图书馆应转变管理理念、增加资金投入、提高馆员素质、坚持数字化与纸质化文献资料并重,以促进中职学校图书馆的发展。分析了中职学校图书馆的现状,提出了中职学校图书馆的发展对策。

The collection quantity and Collection quantity and quality of service quality ot seconctary vocauotml school＇s library are used as the important indexes of measuring the education level and managerial condition of secondary vocational school. The library of secondary vocational school should transform the management concept, increase capital investment, improve librarian＇s quality, and pay equal attention to digital literature and paper literature for promoting the development of secondary vocational school＇s library. This paper analyzes the present situation of secondary vocational school＇ s library, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of secondary vocational school s library.
