摘要
在当前IP网络的建设中，采用何种技术，对用户提供什么样的服务成为非常重要的问题。骨干网中比较流行IPoverATM,PacketoverSONET／SDH和千兆以太网。除了IPoverATM，以上技术同样可以用于城域网，另外动态分组传送（DPT）技术也可以用于城域网中。接入网技术有很多种类，适用于IP接入的技术有以太网，ADSL，HFC和BDN等。最后对IP网络的保护恢复进行了阐述。
In current IP network construction, theadopted technologies and the services provided to thecustomers are very important questions. IP over ATM,Packet over SONET/SDH and Gigabit Ethernet arethree relatively popular technologies applied in backbone networks. Except IP over ATM,the above technologiesmay similarly applied in MAN Besides,Dynamic Packet Transport technique may also be used for MAN. There are various types of access networktechnologies, among which Ethernet, ADSL,HFC and ISDN are suitable for IP access. Finally,the protection and restoration of IP network are expounded in this paper.
