摘要
公司新产品试制过程中有一批导烟板系列零件,外形纤薄且为铝合金材料,无法完全使用传统夹具装夹或磁性吸附方式固定零件来完成零件数控成形加工。我们通过真空吸附装夹加工的应用,最终完成了零件试制加工任务。该套真空吸附加工方案的应用,为其他薄型铝材零件装夹加工提供了有益的借鉴。
In the new product machining trial process there was a series parts with slim shape and aluminum alloy mate- rial. We succeed to apply vacuum adsorption to clamping the parts for CNC machining instead of traditional fixture clamping or magnetic adsorption. The sets of vacuum adsorption processing provide a useful reference for clamping of thin aluminum parts machining.
