摘要 为克服传统冶金企业安全质量标准化考评定级方式所存在片面性、绝对性及缺乏有效性等缺点,构建基于集对分析(SPA)理论的冶金企业安全质量标准化考评结果的4级联系度函数模型。应用该模型分析案例,计算出各企业的联系度、集对势、悲观势以及不确定性指标。依据这些指标,依次分析企业安全质量标准化的达标优劣次序、达标潜在不确定性及企业相对于最优安全质量标准的趋势。结果表明,各企业联系度排序与传统方法一致,但从集对势和不确定性角度出发,并非同级高考评得分企业一定优于低考评得分企业,细化了冶金企业安全质量标准化考评结果。 In order to overcome the defects (such as one-sidedness, absoluteness and non-effectiveness) in the traditional method for evaluating the depth of metallurgical enterprises safety quality standardization, a four level connection model of safety standardization evaluation results was built based on the SPA theory. The model was applied to a case analysis, and the connection degree, set pair potential, pessimistic potential, and uncertainty of different metallurgical enterprises were calculated and analyzed respectively. The results show that the connection degree sequence of different enterprises is same to the traditional method, however, from the view point of set pair potential and uncertainty, the high evaluation score enterprise is not necessarily better than low evaluation score enterprise. The metallurgical enterprises safety quality standardization evaluation results were detailed.
