粮食中锌含量的快速测定方法研究

摘要 研究了不同灰化温度和灰化时间对测定粮食中锌含量测定的影响,确定了小麦、黄豆和大米的灰化最佳条件,并在最佳条件下做了标样比对和回收率。另外测定了很多典型进口粮食中的锌含量,并进行了初步统计分析。结果表明,此方法快速简单,易于推广。 The influence of ashing temperature and ashing time was studied to determine the content of Zn in foodstuff.The best conditions were set up,and under the conditions,the certificated reference materials were detected and the recovery was also done.The contents of Zn in samples of foodstuff were determined and the result were statistically analyzed.The result shows that the method is simple,rapid and easy to be popularized.
