摘要
针对车载空调系统中常用的多翼风机,利用三维造型软件进行几何建模,通过非结构化网格的离散化手段处理,运用计算流体(CFD)方法对机翼型叶片和单圆弧型叶片风机的内部流场分别进行了数值模拟计算,对比计算和试验结果,验证了计算方法的准确性,分析流场的压力及效率特性,并提出了新型的叶片型线,将新型的叶片计算结果同前两种叶型计算结果进行对比,通过空调通风试验风机的结果对数值模拟的结果作误差分析比较,结果表明,最佳工况点附近误差小于10%,模拟风机效率提升4.6%,充分说明改进叶片性能提高。
For the multi-blade fan usually used in the vehicle air conditioning system, the 3D modeling software is used on geo- metric modeling which will be imported into the fluid calculation software ( Gambit previous processor), the computational fluid (CFD) method is taken to make the numerical simulation on the flow field of two kinds of fan, the airfoil blade and single circu- lar arc type blade. The calculation results and the experimental results are compared to prove the calculation method is correct. Through the discrimination method on unstructured grid, compare with the result of calculation, analysis pressure and efficiency of the flow field, and put forward a new type of blade, by comparing the calculation results of the novel blade with two kinds of leaf type, it shows that the efficiency of new type fan enhanced 4.6% near the optimal working point, and the calculation error less than 10%. The performance has been improved.
