摘要
对厢式压滤机压紧力及其分布进行了探讨,重点分析了滤板错边错位、活塞杆伸出端的连接方式对压紧力及其分布的影响,提出了提高压紧力分布均匀性的设计新思路,从而增强压滤机密封工作的可靠性。
The pressure of compartment-type filter press and its distribution were discussed, the analysis was focused on the fil- ter plate edge dislocation,the connection mode of piston rod extending end on the influence of the pressure and it＇ s distribution. It＇ s a new design concept about how to improve the pressing force＇ s uniform distribution, thereby enhancing the sealing reliabili- ty of filter press.
