摘要
为了深入研究自然循环蒸发器的传热机理,对自然循环蒸发器的流动和温度场进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与试验数据进行比较,验证了数学模型是可靠的。在此基础上,讨论了热流密度对管内温度分布、循环速度、沸腾高度、沸腾点温度以及传热温差的影响,模拟结果对自然循环蒸发器的设计提供了重要参考意义。
In order to study the mechanism of heat transfer in natural circulation evaporator, the flow field and temperature field of natural circulation evaporator was simulated, and the reliability of the calculation model was validated by the experimental da- ta. On this foundation, the effects of heat flow density were discussed on temperature distribution, circulation velocity, boiling height, fluidization point and the temperature difference of heat transfer. Simulation results provide important reference signifi- cance for the natural circulation evaporator design.
