摘要 为了减少风电发电机冷却系统耗能,减小机舱内板式换热器占用机舱体积,并利用风场优越的自然风资源对发电机进行冷却,以某风电设备供应商2.5MW永磁直驱发电机现有冷却系统结构为基础,提出了增加辅助散热段的构思,通过在机舱外布置散热结构从而达到利用风场优越的自然风对发电机进行辅助冷却散热,由此减小板式换热器的体积,避免板式换热器体积或数量随着单机容量的增大而出现换热器体积的线性增加,为风电发电机散热系统设计提供参考。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of generator cooling system and reduce the space occupation of plate- type heat exchanger in cabin, simultaneously, to bring into play the important role of natural wind in cooling the generator, this article designs an auxiliary cooling section to enhance heat dissipation based on the cooling structure of 2. 5MW permanent magnet direct driving generator from a wind power equipment supplier. By setting heat distribution structure outside the cabin, it realizes the utilization of natural wind to cool the generator directly and reduce the space occupation of plate-type heat exchanger, so as to avoid that the amount and volume of plate-type heat exchanger increase linearly with the unit capacity of generator increasing. This paper will provide references for the cooling system design.
