摘要
首先使环氧氯丙烷与木质素磺酸钙(SL)在相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵作用下发生反应,生成木质素中间体;然后中间体再与N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)反应生成木质素磺酸钙两性表面活性剂(LSAS)。通过正交试验确定较佳反应条件为:m(SL)∶m(NMP)=1∶2.0,反应时间为3.5 h,pH=9,反应温度为80℃,此时产物中w(氮)=1.51%。通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱确证了目标产物的结构。
Lignin intermediate was prepared by epichlorohydrin and calcium lignosulphonate (SL) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide catalyst. Then lignin sulfonate amphoteric surfaetant (LSAS) was synthesized by N -methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) and lignin intermediate. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimal conditions was investigated as : m (SL) : m (NMP) = 1 : 2. 0 ; reaction time, 3.5 h ; pH = 9 ; reaction temperature, 80 ℃. Nitrogen mass fraction in the product was identified as 1.51%. The structure of the product was characterized by elementary analysis, FTIR and UV spectrograph.
