N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺催化加氢制备N,N-二甲基月桂胺

摘要 以N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺和氢气为原料,在Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂作用下,采用高压釜进行催化加氢反应合成N,N-二甲基月桂胺。研究了温度、压力、催化剂用量和二甲胺的通入等对N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺转化率,N,N-二甲基月桂胺选择性及产率的影响。结果表明,在220℃,2.0 MPa,催化剂用量为N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺质量的2.5%,通入二甲胺,反应7 h的条件下,N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺转化率,N,N-二甲基月桂胺选择性及产率分别为97.9%,99.5%和97.4%,二甲胺的通入抑制了副反应的发生,提高了目标产物N,N-二甲基月桂胺的产率。 In an autoclave, under the action of Ni/γ - A12 03 catalyst, taking N, N - dimethyl laurylamide and hydrogen as starting materials, N, N - dimethyl laurylamine was synthesized. Effects of reaction temperature, pressure, catalyst dosage and feeding of dimethylamine on N, N - dimethyl laurylamide conversion, N, N - dimethyl laurylamine selectivity and yield were investigated. Result indicated that under conditions of reaction temperature 220 ℃, reaction pressure 2. 0 MPa, catalyst dosage 2. 5 % ( referring to mass of N, N - dimethyl laurylamide), with feeding of dimethylamine, and reaction time 7 h, conversion of N, N - dimethyl laurylamide achievee 97.9%, selectivity and yield of N, N - dimethyl laurylamine achieves 99.5% and 97.4% respectively. The feeding of dimethylamine during the reaction suppresses the side reaction and improves the yield of targeted product N, N -dimethyl laurylamine.
