An aggregate manager used in intellectualized uptown synchronously transcribing degrees of water,gas and electricity is intraduced.The manager can work out arbitrarily combination by need.It can be provided with lower cost and many functions.It settle for uniform measure and apart managing water meter,ammeter and gas meter.
