摘要
抄表收费是用电管理的一项主要工作 ,目前以人工抄表为主 ,人力物力投入大 ,并存在抄表不及时、不到位、抄错等诸多弊端 ,实现远程自动抄表 (即电量数据采集 )是实现用电管理自动化 ,实现市场经济的最基础工作。就“LY— 2 0 0 0电量数据远程采集系统”的设计思想和实现方案进行阐述。
The transcription of electric meter for toll collection is a main job in the management of using electricity.At present,most of it is done manually,with many disadvantages,such as it costs many manpower and material resoureses,is not in time and accurate enough,and there is omissions and mistakes in data transcription.The realizing of remote date acquisition(i.e. elctric data acquisition)is the basic job of realizing automation of management in using electricity and market economic.This paper will expatiate designing idea and realizing scheme of LY-2000 electric remote data acquisition system.
