摘要
甲醇汽油具有生产技术成熟、原料来源丰富、成本低廉和高效清洁的特征,尤其对于以煤为主要能源的中国来说,是一种理想的能源载体和车用代用汽油,但是甲醇汽油在实际推广应用中存在一些问题。主要分析了甲醇汽油对车辆及发动机零部件材料的影响,分别从腐蚀性和溶胀性两方面进行探讨。研究结果表明,甲醇汽油对汽车及发动机相关零部件,尤其对供油系统的金属材料具有一定的腐蚀性,也会引起供油系统的塑料和橡胶材料溶胀、软化或龟裂等现象。通过更改零件材料、加工工艺以及优化设计,或者在甲醇汽油中加入相应添加剂可以缓解或者抑制其腐蚀性和溶胀性。
Methanol is a lower cost, highly-efficient and clean combustion energy carrier to meet the demand of sustainable development of energy consumption from fossil energy to renewable energy. With abundant coal resources in China, it is strategically significant to choose methanol blending fuel as its alternative transport fuel Effects of transport methanol blend fuel on vehicle and engine parts material are analyzed, mainly including the corrosiveness and swelling property. The result indicates that methanol is corrosive and has swelling property to some parts of the vehicle and engine, especially of the fuel supply system. In addition, the countermeasure and solving method are also put forward.
