摘要
研究了防连锁过载跳闸关键技术在智能电网中的应用。给出了结合实时潮流信息的过载支路相关输电断面的确定方法,提出了结合输电断面的后备保护判据,讨论了消除过载的紧急控制,包括控制点的选取、控制量的确定和消除过载的控制模式。
This research focuses on the application of the key technology to prevent cascading overload trips in smart grid.A method is proposed to determine correlative transmission section of overload lines,combined with real-time power flow information;a back-up protection criterion is formulated,combined with transmission section;the emergent control strategy is discussed,including the control mode for selecting control points,determining control quantity,and eliminating overload.
