摘要
介绍了科技项目后评价研究的意义,将电力企业科技项目进行分类,介绍了电力企业建立科技项目指标体系的原则及确定的依据。以实际项目为例,具体阐述了电力企业科技项目在项目管理、项目效果、经济效益评价和综合评价等方面进行定量评价的方法。
The paper discussed the Significance of the study on the post evaluation for scientific and technological projects,then a classification system for scientific and technological projects in electric power grid companies was designed.Finally,after the introduction of the principles and the basis for constructing post evaluation index system,a quantitative evaluation method for the project management evaluation,effectiveness and benefit evaluation and Comprehensive Evaluation on scientific and technological projects was introduced in this paper by an example of a finished scientific and technological project in Guangdong Power Grid Company.
