摘要
为提高单元机组在大范围变负荷时的动态调节性能与鲁棒性,提出了基于启发式卡尔曼算法的单元机组协调控制系统整定方法。该方法将控制系统的整定归结为一个以负荷与主汽压的调节性能为优化目标、鲁棒性能指标为约束惩罚条件的优化问题,利用启发式卡尔曼算法对控制系统参数寻优,并采用华北电网两个细则评价控制系统性能。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统在负荷大范围变化时,主汽压力波动较小,鲁棒性能良好且AGC性能满足当前电网需求。
In order to improve the dynamic performance and robustness of generating unit as load varying within a wide range,this paper proposes the tuning scheme for coordinated control system of boiler-turbine unit based on heuristic Kalman algorithm.The tuning scheme can be treated as a optimization problem that takes regulating performance of load and main steam pressure as optimization goal and robustness as constraint punishment condition.The heuristic Kalman algorithm is used to optimize parameters of control system,and two management regulations of North China Grid are applied to evaluate the performance of coordinated control system.The simulation results show that while load changes in a wide range,with this designed control system the main steam pressure is less volatile,and the good robustness and AGC performance can meet grid needs.
