壳寡糖对氯化汞诱导的兔急性肾功能衰竭的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究壳寡糖(COS)对氯化汞(HgCl2)诱导的急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的保护作用。方法日本大耳白兔18只随机分为对照组、ARF组、COS组,造模24h后测血BUN、Cr,测肾组织MDA、SOD及MT表达并观察组织学变化。结果与对照组比较,ARF组血Cr、BUN均明显上升(P<0.01),肾组织MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01),SOD活力明显降低(P<0.01),肾组织MT表达有增加(P>0.05),肾组织结构损害明显。COS组与ARF模型组相比,血Cr、BUN均明显下降(P<0.01),肾组织MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01),SOD活力较ARF模型组明显升高(P<0.01),肾组织MT表达显著增加,肾组织结构改变明显减轻。结论 COS能减少肾组织MDA含量,升高SOD活力,显著降低血Cr、BUN,对兔ARF有较明显的保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of chitosan oligosaccharide(COS) against ARF Induced by HgCl2. Methods 18 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group,ARF group and COS pretreated groups. The rabbits were killed at 24h after treatment. The blood and kidney tissue was collected, serum BUN and Cr, renal SOD activities and MDA quantification, renal histopathologic changes and expression of Metallothionein (MT) were observe. Results In the ARF group, the serum levels of Cr and BUN were higher significantly( P 〈0.01 ), the levels of MDA content were significantly higher and SOD activity was significantly lower than those in the control group( P 〈0. 01 ), the expression of MT in kidney increased little in ARF modle. In the COS group,The serum levels of BUN and Cr was lower significantly, the levels of MDA content were lower and SOD activity were higher than those in the ARF group, What' s more, compared with ARF group, the expression of renal MT was higher significantly in COS group. Conclusion The pretreatment with COS can eficiently protect rabbits against HgCl2 induced ARF.
