胫骨粉碎骨折闭合复位的一种方法

摘要 目的在闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨粉碎骨折时,使复位达到更佳效果。方法使用驱血带加压+牵引旋转使骨折闭合复位的方法应用到31例胫骨干粉碎骨折的闭合复位髓内钉内固定手术中。结果 31例中25例达到理想复位,髓内钉较为顺利插入,无明显成角及旋转畸形。结论该方法复位操作简便,缩短了手术时间,不破坏局部血供,复位效果理想,是一种值得推广的实用复位方法。 Objective To achieve better results for closed reduction and intramedtdlary nail fixation of comminuted frac- tures of tibia. Methods Applying the method of tourniquet pressure plus traction and rotation to fracture reduction to 31 patients with comminuted fractures of tibia shaft with closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation. Results 25 of the 31 fractures a- chieved the desired reduction with smooth nail insertion, no angular and rotational deformity. Conclusion The method is featured with simple procedure, shortened operation time, no damage to the local blood supply, satisfactory reset results, and is therefore a practical reduction method to be promoted.
